This setting shows a big step forward in financial technology at BlinkX by JM Financial, which is in Mumbai and covers more than 10,000 square feet.
Objectives and Innovations at BlinkX Gen AI Lab
Soumya Pattanayak, who is the associate director of MarTech, AI, and Digital Marketing, is in charge of the lab. They are working on cutting-edge AI-driven projects that will change how customers connect with and receive services. One of these new ideas is an automated system for coming up with creative comments and giving real-time, customized content based on each client’s portfolio and relevant market activity.

The Hyper-Personalized Nudge Engine is a cool new idea from the Lab. It sends personalized alerts to customers based on how they normally behave and the way they prefer to communicate. This tool is one of many AI-powered solutions, such as Customer Behavioural Models and Customer-Activity Prediction Models, that are meant to improve trade experiences and make better predictions about what customers want.
AI-Driven Decision Support Tools
The Managing Director of BlinkX by JM Financial, Gagan Singla, talks about some more features, such as Real-Time Analysis, Advanced-Data Infrastructure, and Automated Customer Engagement. The lab also gets better at analysis with BlinkX Insights, a tool like ChatGPT that focuses on financial details and helps users use data-driven, AI-supported tactics even after the market closes.
